Coach Alyssa is the lone female coach at Pro Shottas Soccer School and a proud former member of the Barbados Women’s National Team. With a playing career shaped by elite competition, she now brings a quiet confidence and technical expertise to player development at the club level.
Her coaching style is measured, thoughtful, and deeply focused on the technical side of the game. Rather than shouting from the sidelines, Coach Alyssa leads with a calm presence, carefully observing, guiding, and helping players refine the details that make the biggest difference on the field.
She believes in building players through understanding, repetition, and trust, emphasizing ball control, movement, and intelligent decision-making. For her, development is not rushed, it’s nurtured. And every player, regardless of background or ability, is encouraged to grow at their own pace.
As a trailblazer and quiet force within the club, Coach Alyssa is a role model for young athletes, especially girls, showing that leadership comes in many forms, and that excellence is built through precision, patience, and purpose.
