Coach Colin is one of Barbados’ most experienced and respected football minds, bringing over 30 years of coaching expertise and a proud legacy as both a former Barbados national team player and national team coach. With deep roots in Barbadian football, he has been instrumental in developing talent and shaping the game at both grassroots and elite levels across the island.
Throughout his coaching career, Coach Colin has led multiple teams to promotion, combining tactical discipline with a strong focus on player development and team culture. Known for his calm leadership and strategic approach, he has mentored countless players, many of whom have gone on to represent Barbados and play internationally.
Coach Colin remains dedicated to growing the game locally and inspiring the next generation of Barbadian footballers with passion, professionalism, and purpose.
